Studied law at the University of Trier, certified coaching competence for specialists, executive staff and consultants, Düsseldorf; basic course L/WP (Life-Work-Planning), John Webb, University of Bremen; Self-employed consultant, trainer and coach since 2006; before this I worked in the field of recruiting services.
Some important milestones in my over 10 years of experience:
- Self-employed work as a personnel consultant and job coach (KRAss I project), placement of long-term unemployed persons over the age of 50
- Personnel consultant and placement of registered job-seekers in organisations who provide support for a new job (transfer companies)
- Consulting of specialists and managers
- Coaching of young executive staff
- Management consultation: delegation of members of staff to the USA
Sustainable changes occur in a development process on the basis of perceptions and understanding. This normally calls for an outsider's view, someone who has experience in these fields thanks to his or her professional context.
Strengths are analysed, potentials visualized and connections identified on the basis of competent support. The insights gained in this way form the basis for productive change and success.
